INTERNAL AUDIT MODERNIZATION
Improve the workflow. Put AI to work where it helps. KRG helps internal audit leaders redesign one report workflow, from drafting through authorized release. We evaluate one reporting AI use case for a conditional test within the sprint. Your team leaves with a connected working kit, runs one bounded test with our support, and takes over after one refinement and a handoff session.
Audit Reporting Improvement Sprint. Fixed fee: US$7,500 for one report workflow. Typically 4 to 6 weeks.

THE OFFER
We rebuild one internal audit team's reporting workflow, from initial drafting through authorized release. Upstream workpaper inputs are included only where they affect that workflow.
Scope: A review of up to two recent reports and three to four stakeholder interviews, focused on one report workflow.
We evaluate one priority reporting AI use case, such as drafting from approved findings or checking consistency. We define the required inputs, data restrictions, accuracy and source-checking requirements, and a named human reviewer.
Your team tests it with KRG support within the existing one-report test and two KRG review touchpoints only if it is suitable and the client-approved tool, data permissions and access are ready before kickoff. No client data is sent to AI without explicit authorization. We use existing approved tools only; no new tool purchase is required.
Otherwise, we provide a clear recommendation and prerequisites; the core non-AI workflow test still proceeds. Any tested prompt and use instructions belong in the existing kit, not a separate AI playbook. AI implementation is not guaranteed.
You can use the outputs without buying further consulting. Production AI deployment, custom models or software, integrations, organization-wide rollout, data migration, ongoing support and open-ended implementation are not included. Audit judgments, execution and sign-off stay with your team.
If no live report is available during the sprint, we agree a historical replay before kickoff. A replay tests whether the tools are usable; it does not prove time saved.

ILLUSTRATIVE REVIEW-GATE EXCERPT
Example structure only, not client work or a measured result. Your team defines the actual inputs, owners and approval authority.
The delay may begin before drafting starts. We look for the causes of repeated review, not just ways to produce another draft faster.
This engagement is for a recurring report workflow problem with a sponsor who wants to act on it. It is not an audit writing service or a whole-function transformation.
Typically 4 to 6 elapsed weeks, depending on access and participation. Scope, fee, timing and any applicable taxes or approved expenses are confirmed in writing before kickoff.
FAQ
No. The sprint works with your existing process and tools. The working kit is editable and yours to keep.
Your team operates one agreed report test using the new workflow and kit, with two KRG review touchpoints. This is a bounded, team-operated test using existing approved tools, with a conditional AI test as described below. It is not production AI deployment or open-ended implementation.

We agree a historical replay before kickoff. A replay tests whether the workflow and tools are usable. It does not prove realized cycle-time savings.
No. We do not promise a fixed reduction or a percentage improvement. The test shows whether the new workflow is usable, and your team decides what to adopt.
No. It is a focused process-improvement engagement, not independent quality assessment, conformance certification or audit execution. Your team retains audit judgments and approval authority.
We agree on approved access, storage and information handling before kickoff. No client data is sent to AI without explicit authorization. Only existing client-approved tools may be used, with agreed data restrictions and named human review. Audit judgments and sign-off remain with your team.
