BACKGROUND
Eric spent more than 15 years inside a Fortune 50 technology company, including a decade leading teams across internal audit, enterprise risk, and finance. In those seats he owned controllership, enterprise risk, and business performance across multi-billion dollar segments, taking an established ERM program and making it sharper by standardizing processes, eliminating inefficiency, and introducing AI to fundamentally change how risk was identified and prioritized.
Before stepping into an enterprise leadership role, Eric delivered over 150 consulting engagements spanning technology, manufacturing, and financial services, leading enterprise risk assessments, internal audit transformations, and complex advisory work. He's operated as the consultant in the room, the executive presenting to the board, and the operator accountable for the outcome.
