Practitioner-built ERM platform

Enterprise risk management without the enterprise software burden.

Bring your register, follow-ups, and board reporting into one ERM platform, with AI to help draft risk ideas, mitigation options, and executive summaries.

Founding customer program available. Annual plans start at $12,000.

Three things a working risk program needs.

KRG Risk Command Center is built around the parts of ERM that usually break between quarters: the current picture, the follow-through, and the reporting.

One current view of risk

Every risk, owner, score, and financial exposure lives in one register instead of a spreadsheet, an email thread, and last quarter's deck.

Ownership and follow-through

Each risk has a named owner and each mitigation has a due date and a status, so the quarterly update is a review rather than a reconstruction.

Board-ready reporting

Exposure, movement, and open actions are already structured for an executive or board audience. You are not rebuilding PowerPoint each quarter.

Built for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets.

Ideal fit

Not the right starting point

If there is no process to run yet, software will not create one. Start with the Risk Clarity Sprint and build the register, owners, and cadence first.

Designed by a practitioner, for executive use.

Every screen exists to answer a question a CFO, audit leader, or board member actually asks.

The risk picture leadership asks for.

Total profit at risk, largest exposures, category concentration, and mitigation progress in one view, formatted for a leadership audience.

Position and exposure in the same view.

Toggle between qualitative scoring and financial exposure to see where the dollars actually concentrate, then drill into the risks behind any cell.

From risk inputs to a draft you can use.

Explore how AI supports risk identification, mitigation planning, and board reporting. Each example shows the starting information, a draft, and what your team needs to review.

What supports those outcomes.

Centralized risk register

Structured fields for category, likelihood, impact, financial exposure, and ownership, with filtering and search across the full register.

Financial quantification and scenarios

Capture best, expected, and worst case outcomes with probability weighting to calculate risk-weighted exposure and total profit at risk.

Interactive heat map

A likelihood and impact grid you can toggle between qualitative and financial views, with drilldown into the risks behind any cell.

Mitigation and action tracking

Assign actions, set dates, track status, and see the change in exposure once a mitigation is in place. Overdue items stay visible.

Ownership and review cycles

Named owners, a defined review cadence, and a record of what each owner confirmed or changed during the cycle.

Exposure trends and executive dashboard

Total profit at risk, largest exposures, category concentration, and movement over time in one leadership view.

AI-assisted drafting

Develop candidate risks, explore mitigation options, and draft board summaries. Review suggestions, ratings, estimates, and wording before use.

Board-ready reporting

Reporting views and exports formatted for board and committee use, so the numbers in the pack match the numbers in the system.

AI suggestions require review. Your team confirms the facts, ratings, estimates, and decisions.

Three steps, starting from what you already have.

Import your existing register

We bring in the register you already maintain, including categories, scores, owners, and exposure, so you start from your own data rather than a blank system.

Configure owners, cadence, and reporting

Owners are assigned, the review cadence is set, and the executive and board reporting views are configured to match how your leadership team reads risk.

Run the first review cycle with KRG guidance

You run a full cycle with a practitioner alongside you: owner updates, mitigation status, and a board-ready output at the end of it.

A practical way to prove it works.

90-Day Founding Customer Pilot: $4,500

The full $4,500 is credited toward the first annual subscription if you continue.

Annual subscription: starting at $12,000 per year.

Designed for one organization and an established or developing ERM process. Larger, multi-entity, or advisory-led scopes are quoted separately.

Data and security

How your risk information is handled.

Your risk information

RCC stores your risk records, assigned owners, mitigation actions, review information, and financial exposure estimates in a Supabase-backed workspace.

Workspace access

Signed-in access to risk records and mitigation actions is controlled by organization membership and assigned roles. Administrators and editors can update records; deletion is restricted to administrators.

AI-assisted work

When you request AI assistance, relevant business context and risk information are sent through Lovable's AI gateway to a model provider. Review generated risks, mitigation options, and board summaries before use. New risk and mitigation suggestions are saved only when you choose to add them.

Export and requests

Export your risk register to Excel. For other data-access or deletion requests, contact contact@kennedyriskgroup.com. Requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

Read the Privacy Policy or email contact@kennedyriskgroup.com.

Straight answers before a demo.

Can KRG Risk Command Center be purchased without a consulting engagement?

Yes. The platform is available on its own for companies that already run an ERM process and want a system to run it in.

Do we need an existing ERM program?

It works best when a risk register or a recurring assessment process already exists. If neither exists yet, KRG can help build the foundation first through the Risk Clarity Sprint.

Is pricing per user?

The 90-day founding customer pilot is a fixed fee of $4,500 and includes up to 25 users.

What happens after the pilot?

You either continue on an annual subscription starting at $12,000 per year, or you export your organization's information and stop.

Does the platform replace management judgment?

No. It structures inputs and assists analysis. Leaders retain the decisions and the accountability that go with them.

Two paths, depending on where you are.

The platform runs a process. The advisory work builds one. Pick the one that matches your current state.
